Our goal is to sustain and improve the quality of life of all who call Frisco their home and to safeguard our natural resources for present and future generations. We are responsible for residential recycling and trash services, commercial building waste and recycling services, environmental education and outreach, and household hazardous waste safe disposal.

In recognition of Memorial Day, your weekly curbside services (trash, recycling, and yard waste) will be delayed one day. If your service day is usually Monday, your refuse will be collected Tuesday, May 30. If your service day is usually Tuesday, your refuse will be collected Wednesday, May 31. If your service day is usually Wednesday, your refuse will be collected Thursday, June 1. If your service day is usually Thursday, your refuse will be collected Friday, June 2. If your service day is usually Friday, your refuse will be collected Saturday, June 3.

Please note, Environmental Services offices and the Environmental Collection Center will both be closed on Monday, May 29.
Have Junk to Chunk before August 19? Visit our Environmental Collection Center on Wed 2 - 6 p.m. and Sat from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. to dispose of HHW and electronics. Single-stream recycling, cardboard, Styrofoam, oil, clothing donations, and batteries can be taken to our facility at 6616 Walnut St. from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Trash and yard waste can be taken to the Custer Transfer Station at 9901 Custer Road in Plano, open Mon-Sat 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Please bring your driver's license and a current Frisco water bill with matching address when you visit.
