We are responsible for residential recycling and trash services, commercial building waste and recycling services, environmental education and outreach, and household hazardous waste safe disposal.

In recognition of Thanksgiving, weekly curbside waste services will be delayed one day. If your recycling and trash are regularly collected on Monday through Wednesday, there will be no changes to your weekly service. If your recycling and trash are regularly collected on Thursday, your service will be moved back one day to Friday, November 24. If your recycling and trash are regularly collected on Friday, your service will be moved back one day to Saturday, November 25.
The Environmental Collection Center, Household Chemical and Electronics Drop-off and Reuse Center, and the Environmental Services Offices will be closed on Thursday, November 23 and will reopen Monday, November 27.
Have Junk to Chunk before February? Visit our Environmental Collection Center on Wed 2 - 5 p.m. and Sat from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. to dispose of HHW and electronics. Single-stream recycling, cardboard, Styrofoam, oil, clothing donations, and batteries can be taken to our facility at 6616 Walnut St. from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Trash and yard waste can be taken to the Custer Transfer Station at 9901 Custer Road in Plano, open Mon-Sat 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Please bring your driver's license and a current Frisco water bill with matching address when you visit.
