Block Party Trailer Program

The City of Frisco has a program designed to make hosting a block party easy, and best of all, it's free! Wrapped in colorful graphics, the Block Party Trailer is equipped with just about everything a neighborhood may need for a block party, including traffic cones, coolers, tables, chairs, and games. All you'll need to add are people, food, music, and fun!

When you reserve the Block Party Trailer for a day, a City employee will deliver and pick it up for your convenience.

The Block Party Trailer is reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Five Star Neighborhoods

The Five Star Neighborhood Program recognizes Homeowners Associations (HOAs) that take pride in their communities. The City of Frisco appreciates HOAs and understands the commitment involved to maintain quality neighborhoods. Membership in the Five Star Neighborhood Program indicates an HOA's effort to promote effective communication, management, and community involvement.

The Five Star Neighborhood Program provides signage for member HOAs in their neighborhoods, as well as recognition on the City website that can be shared within the community and throughout the city. With nearly 120 HOAs in Frisco, it is essential to provide a road map that leads to great neighborhoods. Important factors to consider include:

  • Knowledgeable board leadership
  • Experienced management
  • Communication
  • Fiscal responsibility

How to Apply for the Five Star Neighborhood Program

  1. Review and complete the Five Star Neighborhood Application with your HOA board member(s) and property management company.
  2. Return the completed form via email to Senior Planner Chris Leonard at cleonard@friscotexas.gov.

Homeowners Associations

The City of Frisco maintains a directory of all HOAs and property management companies that have completed a voluntary registration process with the City. In addition to contact information, this directory includes links to the websites of any associations that included their web address during the registration process.

Gate Codes

The Frisco Police Department needs to have community gate and facility access codes on file in case of emergency. HOA board members should ensure their community's Pool and Amenities Center Emergency Contact Information Form is filed and up-to-date with the Frisco Police Department.
