Frisco Police Investigate Home Invasion

(August 10, 2017) On August 08, 2017, at 4:38 AM Frisco Police Officers were dispatched to the 7000 block of Amberdale Lane in reference to a robbery in progress at a residence. Officers arrived on scene and determined that the suspects had fled the scene. Initial investigation revealed that a group of unknown suspects forced entry into the occupied residence and removed property after assaulting and restraining the residents. One resident sustained minor injuries. Detectives believe that the crime was not random and that the residence was specifically picked by the suspects. Detectives continue to investigate motive in the case.
