Comprehensive Plan Advisory Comm. (CPAC) Schedule-Supporting Materials  

The City Council appointed the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) to assist the consultant and staff with updating the Comprehensive Plan. This page will serve as a resource for both CPAC members and the public to document and make accessible all meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and handouts throughout the 2014-2015 Comprehensive Plan Update.  Materials will be posted as they become available, in PDF format unless otherwise specified.

 

PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE

The final schedule will be set at a later date, but an anticipated calendar is seen below:

Dec 2013

City Council appoints Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC)

January 2014

Kick-off / Orientation meeting (CPAC)

January - December 2014

Visioning, Plan Development - Includes extensive public involvement and meetings with City staff, officials and interested parties

September 2014

Meeting in a Box (9/8 - 9/26)

Open Houses (10th, 11th, 15th, & 17th)

January 2015

Draft Plan presented

March 2015

City Council formal adoption of Plan

 

CPAC Meetings with be held in the McCallum Room at City Hall (4th Floor).
