Frisco to host 'Open House' June 10 regarding Proposed Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan

(June 6, 2013) The City of Frisco is seeking public input on its proposed Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan at an ‘open house’ this coming Monday, June 10 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Senior Center at Frisco Square, 6670 Moore Street.

The draft plan provides protocols for addressing accessibility needs for people with disabilities and prioritizes improving access to city services, programs and facilities.

This ‘come and go’ meeting will provide information about Frisco’s ADA Transition Plan and showcase past projects, as well as current and future initiatives. People who attend are also welcome to share their needs and concerns with city staff.

Special accommodations for people with disabilities are available upon request.
