(April 8, 2011) Traffic on Lebanon Road will be switched to the other side of the road at Legacy Drive starting at 9:00 a.m. Monday, April 11. Traffic on eastbound and westbound Lebanon Road will continue to be limited to one through lane in each direction, but all traffic will be shifted to the south side of the road.
Traffic on Legacy Drive will continue to be limited to one through lane in each direction in their current locations. This will allow the northeast quadrant of the intersection to be reconstructed.
Motorists are urged to use caution approaching the intersection of Legacy Drive and Lebanon Road as people become accustomed to the new traffic patterns within the shifted lanes.
This road closure is part of the project that is reconstructing the intersection of Legacy Drive and Lebanon Road in order to remove the bump in the intersection and to build additional through lanes and turn lanes. Once the project is complete, all four directions of the intersection will have two left-turn lanes, three through lanes, and most will have a right-turn lane.
