Volunteering

Our volunteers are a valuable resource for our fast-growing, fast-paced community. Volunteering offers citizens the opportunity to meet their neighbors; acquire leadership abilities; hone curent skills; or simply return something to their community by assisting others.

The City of Frisco relies on our volunteers for everything from staffing special events -- such as Frisco Freedom Fest and Merry Main Street -- to assisting departments with daily activities, such as shelving library books, filing records or using GIS equipment.

Becoming a volunteer is easy! Simply complete the online registration at My Volunteer Page and complete the background form, if you are 18 years of age or older. Once we receive this information, we'll explore your interests, qualifications and skill set to match you to available opportunities.
