A request to amend Planned Development-62 regarding gated entrance requirements.
Location: on the north side of Town & Country Parkway, east of Spring Creek Parkway
Zoned: Planned Development-62-SingleFamily-8.5.
Current Requirement: Entry gates shall remain open and the community accessible to the public between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. every day.
Proposed Requirement: During the hours between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., gates are allowed to be closed and open automatically upon approach, provided that:
• Gates swing away from approaching vehicle
• A sign with the hours the gates are closed shall be installed on the gate and on the callbox
