Request:

To amend PD-31 to allow an auto dealership; staff is also recommending to reconfigure the PD zoning boundaries and reclassify the zoning to current Zoning Ordinance classifications.

Property contains 131.9± acres on the North side of SH121 between Legacy Drive and the Dallas North Tollway.

Request Details:

The Van Tuyl Auto Group has submitted an application to amend a portion of Planned Development-31 to allow for an automobile dealership. In addition to the requested amendment to the Planned Development, staff is recommending reclassifying the zoning designations within the Planned Development.
