David Shilson is the Deputy Chief of Police of the Services Bureau. He has been with the Frisco Police Department since 2002 and has worked in the Patrol, Traffic, Personnel and Training, and Administration Divisions.
Deputy Chief Shilson has a bachelor of science degree from Texas A&M University in political science, an associate’s degree from Blinn College in Criminal Justice, and is currently studying at The University of Texas at Arlington for his master’s degree in public administration. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy 243rd session and a graduate of the Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Institute of Texas.
Deputy Chief Shilson is married and has two children.
