The Right of Way (ROW) Inspection Division is responsible for the management and permitting process for usage of City ROW and easements. Division personnel also locate existing city utilities for identification prior to any excavation. The ROW Inspection Division requires the submission of a permit application for approval before construction begins to ensure the protection of the city infrastructure.

Before you dig, follow these steps:
1. Fill out a Right of Way permit at the Public Works Facility located at 11300 Research Road.
2. Upon permit approval, line locates must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of excavation.
3. After the utility lines are located, you may begin work. |
