The City of Frisco is teaming up with Texas SmartScape and local plant nurseries to offer you special deals and great savings on select varieties of low-water-use plants that will thrive in the Texas heat. This family friendly event will be hosted by Master Gardeners, irrigation specialists and your Frisco WaterWise Education team to help you with tips and ideas for water efficient landscaping.

This program covers a large selection of minimal water use plants that are native and adaptive ideal for a sustainable landscape or garden. You will learn proper soil preparation, proper planting, and native and adaptive plant selection. Plant list provided.
RAIN BARREL DISTRIBUTION EVENT

The City of Frisco is partnering with Rainwater Solutions to offer discounted Ivy rain barrels for a limited time. These 50-gallon recycled plastic rain barrels are made in the USA and are offered for $67, or two barrels for $130. Order and pay online then print your receipt and bring it to the pick-up event on May 2nd between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
