WATER BILL QUESTIONS
This video, presented by staff to the Frisco City Council, is available to answer questions about how staff members read and test meters, as well as how customers are billed.
Due to high call volumes in the Utility Billing Division, you may experience a longer wait time than usual. **IMPORTANT UPDATE** The City of Frisco accepts credit and debit card payments through our website. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card transactions will be charged a 2 percent convenience fee. Payments can also be mailed, paid in person at City Hall or automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account.
All debit card transactions will incur the same processing fees as credit card transactions (convenience fee and municipal transaction fee) when paid online.
Please download and complete a RESIDENTIAL/commercial application for new service, or to transfer or disconnect service.
For after hours water and sewer emergencies, please call 972-292-5800.
If your trash or recycling is missed on your regular service day, please call Environmental Services as soon as possible at 972-292-5900. It is less likely the Progressive drivers will be able to return to an area if misses are reported several days afterwards.
If you would like to drop off your payment after hours, please use the night drop box behind the Frisco Public Library at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. These payments are picked up every weekday morning before 7:30 a.m.
