Notice from NTTA: Opportunity for Public Hearing (Dallas North Tollway at U.S. 380)

(August 15, 2019) The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is proposing improvements to the Dallas North Tollway (DNT) by constructing an overpass at U.S. Highway (US) 380 between Rockhill Parkway in the City of Frisco and West First Street in the Town of Prosper, Collin County, Texas. The proposed project is approximately 1.86 miles long.

At the southern terminus of the project, the existing DNT consists of six, 12-foot wide main lanes which end just north of Rockhill Parkway and exit to Dallas Parkway south of US 380. Dallas Parkway runs parallel to the existing DNT consisting of variable-width frontage roads in both north and south directions. North of US 380, Dallas Parkway continues northbound as a two-lane road and is currently under construction southbound as a two-lane road with an open median in between.
