Maximum of 3 classes during each of those times. Tours last approximately 1.5 hours.
$5.00 per student, $4.00 per parent/chaperone (paid on day of tour in our Gift Shop)
The scheduling teacher and the school secretary will receive an invoice, via email, for the number of students in the tour reservation. Payment of invoice should be made within 2 weeks of the scheduled tour date.
Group tour requests will be processed and scheduled in the order they were received.

They are strongly encouraging schools not to schedule any trips in February, March, and April until the UIL dates are confirmed.
Please ensure that there is one adult/chaperone for every 18-22 children under the age of 12.
