  8. Please note that The Grove at Frisco Commons programs will take precedent.

    Requests must be sumbitted AT LEAST 2 months in advance.

  9. Departments/Organizations are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up of events.

  12. • All activities will be scheduled and arranged through The Grove staff on a first come, first served basis.

  13. • Emergency exits must always remain clear, in accordance with Fire Department regulations for safety.

  14. • Charging admission and moneymaking activities, for profit, are not permitted.

  15. • Smoking and tobacco products are prohibited inside the facility and will only be permitted in designated smoking areas, no closer than twenty (20) linear feet from entrances.

  16. • All room capacities are posted and will be enforced in accordance with Fire Department regulations for safety.

  17. • Pets will not be allowed in the facility or on the grounds, except when assisting the disabled.

  18. • Nothing may be tacked, nailed, or stapled, to either inside or outside walls.

  19. • All caterers (if applicable) must provide proof of liability insurance no later than fourteen (14) days in advance of the reservation. If any food is being cooked OUTSIDE the facility during your event, approval must be made in advance with The Grove Supervisor.

  20. • Activities or other rentals may be scheduled following your event. Please leave the site as you found it and notify The Grove staff of any issues or repairs needed.
