  2. Guidelines for Room Reservations:

  3. Please note that The Grove programs will take precedent and staff will make final decision on room assignments.

  4. Submit requests at least 6 months in advance and no later than 2 months.

  5. Groups must setup room and return it to original setup before reservation ends.

  6. Groups must clean up room before reservation ends.

  7. All activities will be scheduled and arrange through The Grove staff using the online form, on a first come, first serve basis.

  8. Emergency exits must always remain clear, in accordance with Fire Department regulations.

  9. Charging admission, moneymaking or for-profit activities are not permitted.

  10. Pets will not be allowed in the facility or on the grounds, except when assisting the disabled.

  11. Nothing may be tacked, nailed, or stapled to any walls, tables or chairs inside/outside of the building.

  12. Room assignments are based on the number of participants. Smaller groups may share larger rooms.

  13. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the policies above.
